A corporate reception at Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort brought approximately 75 guests together for networking, cocktails, and dinner. Brandon was brought into the event through Plan It Inc. to provide three hours of solo acoustic music across two phases of the evening. The event began with a cocktail reception before guests transitioned into dinner in an adjacent room.

That change in space required the entertainment to move with the program. After the cocktail portion, Brandon relocated the performance setup into the dinner room so live music could continue after guests made the transition. Across both spaces, the music remained intentionally understated enough for networking and dining rather than becoming a separate focal point. The assignment was not simply to perform in two locations; it was to maintain continuity as the function of the event changed. Moving the setup alongside the guests allowed the entertainment to remain connected to the evening from cocktails through dinner instead of ending
when the first room did.
