An appreciation luncheon where live music added to the gathering while keeping the volunteers, sponsors, and mission being recognized at the center.
The Honor Flight Sponsors & Volunteers Appreciation Luncheon brought together the volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who help make veterans' trips to Washington, D.C. possible. Brandon provided a one-hour solo acoustic performance following the luncheon program and remarks, after the organization had spent the earlier portion of the event recognizing the people whose time and support contribute to that work.
Although the room featured a large stage, the setting did not call for a concert-style performance. The music remained intentionally secondary, using familiar material and an appropriate volume so guests could continue talking, reconnecting, and enjoying the afternoon together. Rather than redirecting the room toward the performer, the music added to the gathering while allowing the organization and the people being thanked to remain the focus.PROJECT SNAPSHOTVenue: Rohan Recreation Center - The Villages, FL
