The Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors held its Starry Night Awards Gala & Installation at Armature Works in Tampa. Dinner and an awards presentation made up the formal program, with a 90-minute solo acoustic performance scheduled to close the evening. Because setup needed to be completed well before guests arrived, Brandon was on site and performance-ready approximately six hours before the scheduled start. 

The awards program ultimately ran longer than expected, pushing the performance later into the evening. Rather than trying to preserve the original 90-minute plan, Brandon shortened the set to fit the revised timeline. With the equipment already in place, live music could begin as soon as the awards concluded without adding another delay or transition for the event team. The assignment became less about protecting a predetermined performance window and more about remaining ready to serve the event as its schedule changed.
