A three-hour corporate reception where preparation and flexibility helped the music fit smoothly into the evening’s program.

Approximately 150 guests gathered under a waterfront tent at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island for an outdoor corporate reception centered on networking and conversation. Booked through Book It Entertainment and working alongside Ethos Event Collective, Brandon provided three hours of solo acoustic music. Preparation began before the reception: the event team requested a song that was a favorite of one of the company's executives, and early arrival allowed the music to be underway before guests entered the
space.

Once the reception began, the performance had to remain responsive to several moving parts. Volume was adjusted as the tent filled, a dedicated wireless microphone was kept ready for scheduled remarks, and the music stopped cleanly when the speaking
portion began. As soon as the remarks concluded, live music resumed without adding another transition for the event team to manage. The entertainment could accommodate executive preferences, room dynamics, and program timing as the evening developed.
