A 300-guest conference where the music needed to elevate a large networking environment without competing with conversation.

The Florida Bankers Association Annual Conference brought approximately 300 guests to The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. The ballroom carried a festival-inspired theme, with attendees circulating freely, reconnecting, and networking with very little formal programming directing the event. Brandon provided two hours of solo acoustic music within that open, social environment.

In a conference of that size, the room does not stay constant. Attendance builds, conversations become more active, and the appropriate level of musical energy changes with them. Rather than holding the performance at one fixed intensity, Brandon adjusted volume, pacing, and song selection in real time as the ballroom evolved. The music could build with the room while still leaving space
for conversation.
